FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Once the credit repair is done, will
the information come back onto my credit report?
A. Anything that comes off your credit report
can come back, however, most people doing credit
repair are neither knowledgeable nor thorough
in what they are doing- therefore, the majority
of what they take off tends to come back. When
you do a thorough job, very little ever returns
-- Although, it is still possible. However, if
we do find something that comes back, we remove
it a second time completely free of charge, thus
solving the problem in most all cases
Q. What other charges are there?
A. None. As long as this remains an active account
and you are providing us with the information
that the credit bureaus send to you. If you stop
sending us this information for a period of 6
months, then we will close out this case and you
would have to pay to begin anew. If you misplace
reports and we have to order new ones, we will
charge you $10 each to replace what you have lost.

Q. Will this remove everything from
my credit report?
A. Only the bad credit. We do not touch good
credit. We are only responsible for what is on
your credit report when you begin with us. If
you add new credit items that need repair, then
you will have to pay all over again to remove
it.

Q. Will this wipe out my debts?
A. Absolutely not. All we can do is restore your
credit so that you can use it again. If we remove
an item, it just will not show on your credit
report. However, you still owe the debt to the
creditor. We strongly advise people to pay their
debts.

Q. How do you obtain your customers?
A. In general, we do not rely on advertising,
but by word-of-mouth instead - people telling
people that they know what we have done for them.
By this method, we have been able to spread to
all 50 states and 15 foreign countries.
We are blessed by the thousands of very satisfied
customers.

Q. Why do you do this?
A. We believe that it is unfair to penalize
people 7-10 years, giving companies excuses to
raise our interest rates and take money from our
families. I believe people deserve a second chance.
It is proven by the many thousands that have gone
through this process and that now keep their credit
clean. It has taught them values that they now
teach to their families. Very few people have
to return to us after we have completed their
initial credit restoration process.

Q. Is this good for our country?
A. We have always been a country of Second Chances.
Restoration is always good. It has been proven
through more than 95% of our customers who have
retained their restored, good credit standing.
They have proved that Second Chances are good
for them, for our country, for our country's economy,
and also for the credit bureaus as well. We believe
that the credit bureaus should promote this type
of service, showing their interest in a good,
confident, and sound economy.
Credit Repair Policy
The average time to clean someone's credit usually
takes 6-9 months. Some take longer - some are
done quicker. Every 30-45 days, you the customer,
must submit to us your updated credit reports
and any letters sent directly to you from the
credit bureaus. If you do not send these to us,
then we cannot continue to remove the bad credit
from your credit report. You would then be deemed
responsible for the breach in our contract. Everything
you receive from the 3 credit bureaus must be
forwarded to us each month. As long as you are
doing this (forwarding us this information), we
will continue working on your credit repair until
the job is done. If you ever go 6 consecutive
months without forwarding us this information,
then your credit repair will be null and void.
The only way to proceed after that point, will
be to pay a new fee and start all over again.
It is also very import that you send us the original
documents (credit reports and letters) that were
sent to you directly from the credit bureaus.
Our promise is to continue working until the job
is done. Improving your credit consists of anything
negative / inaccurate
on your credit report being removed - such as
listed on our home page. We do not promise the
time that this will take, as everyone is different.
The time is usually determined by the companies
you dealt with and the credit bureaus.
The most recent study by the United States Public
Interest Research Group reported that over 80%
of Americans have inaccurate, negative items reported
on their credit reports. This costs consumers
millions of extra dollars in increased interest
rates each year.
In your entire life, it is unlikely that you
will EVER make a financial investment
that will pay higher returns than our professional
credit restoration. For one low fee, you can hire
an experianced credit specialist to turn your
credit situation around. We have a process to
remove inquires on your credit.
